I don’t understand what you are asking, everything that’s been suggested is a 3rd party service and cannot be setup from WordPress. All are SMTP services so they are all compatible with WP though

WordPress is website management software. Email and websites are two different services that can be setup on a domain name. So if you are looking to setup an email account to send and receive email from you own domain, it doesn’t involve WordPress at all.
The only time when there is any relation between email and WordPress is if you need to send email from your WordPress website.

If your current MX records are not correct, then you’ll need to fix them.
If your domain is using our nameservers, you can update your MX records through the “MX Records” menu in the control panel, or the “DNS Records” menu in the client area.
Zoho should have information on which MX records you should use.

actually I registered my free infinityfree domain without problems on zoho. But you have to know, that sending emails to @gmail.com users won’t work.

It’s an option in the control panel if you are using IF namservers.
