As far as I understand you are having trouble with log-in on RoundCube. Can you please recheck if your password that you are putting in is really correct? Maybe try to change the password on e-mails section in the cPanel and try to log-in with the new password.

Can you also be more specific about the error? Simply copy-pasting the error that showed up for you would be enough.

I’m sorry, but I wasn’t able to make much sense of your message. Are you using the correct e-mail account details to login (the login details for an e-mail account are different from your hosting account details)? And if you’re getting an error, what does it say?

As username for roundcube you must take the email address (with your domain name after the @) and as password the password you set in the controlpanel
