Problems with button CNAME submit button

in advance forgive my English and my question if it is something silly, I am very new in these host things

After pasting the “RecordName” and “Destination” values, I hit the “Add” button. But it doesn’t load the data, I tried several times and nothing, I left it one day in case maybe I should have been waiting or something, but it still doesn’t load anything, I was trying another free ssl and nothing

Try clearing your cache or use a different web browser.

Please make sure the values in the fields are correct, eg. contain no spaces or tabs, only alphanumeric characters and periods/dots.
