Hola gente, tengo un problema en Wordpress, los usuarios de mi sitio están teniendo el problema de que se les coloca el avatar del admin del sitio, por mas que lo cambiemos a los demas usuarios siguen teniendo siempre la imagen del admin, ya probe desactivar todos los plugins y no hubo forma, ya probe modificar el archivo funtions.php y nada pude obtener, el tema ASTRA tampoco es ya lo comprobe. si alguien le ha pasado este problema y lo pudo solucionar espero que pueda ayudarme.:ceñudo:

I have no idea. I’m not an expert on Astra themes. And I have no idea what even provides this profile picture functionality (WordPress, Astra or something else), what this “admin avatar” is (is it a profile you specifically uploaded or a default fallback image?), or how these profile pictures are typically updated.

If you have any questions about our hosting, this is the place to ask. But I have no idea if the issue you’re having is in any way caused by anything from our hosting, and if it is, what that issue is.

You can wait here for a WordPress expert to show up. But you may have better luck on the WordPress forums, or the support channels of whatever thing is providing these profile picture features, because you’re much more likely to find someone with the relevant information there.

I just tried it and it didn’t work, you still see the admin avatar in the users, anyway, thanks for helping.

I still haven’t been able to solve it, I’m still fighting to see if I can find a solution but nothing. I’m going to continue trying, if you find it I would appreciate it if you shared it.

Instead of having other people who are not experts speculate on this issue, maybe try asking the people who actually know more about this.

Hi Wasttord,

This has nothing to do with Astra theme, and it’s probably due to a customization that hijacked the filter/action hook that relates to profile picture display, or the way that user emails are retrieved.

If you have installed any security plugins / pii protections / cache plugins / any customizations that deals with image, then those are the suspected points and we’ll have to figure those out by first having the info first.

Please let us know if you have the above mentioned items on your site, and we can attempt to solve it. Be prepared that this is already considered advanced technical issue and it might take some time to solve.
