Problem with website server

Error Message

I facing this issues recently and i have checked the code on my local server too , even downloaded the files by ftp and all seems to be fine. I have Cloudflare connected to my website.

The issue is that if there is any image or JavaScript , css file on webpage lets say index.html , its adding aes.js code to that file response. ie. while loading that resource as a part of the parent request and session , ** its loading it as a separate request and thus the complete JavaScript and images doesn’t load on the html page.**

I have read on forum that there is an ongoing issue with cookie validation system. Can you guys please disable it till the issue is fixed or is there any TAT/Turnaround Time for it?

I have tried clearing Cloudflare cache and tried to pause Cloudflare , turned on development too, changed query cache setting of Cloudflare too… nothing fixes the issue.

My website is a small website with html files only, but if its broken it doesn’t look good. please help , i dont want to loose visitors.

(other information and details relevant to your question)

As it is part of the mandatory security system, it cannot be disabled.

There is an ongoing issue with the cookie validation system, which is being investigated. Usually, when you refresh the page 3 times, the page works again. However, the page is not loading the assets correctly at all.

Thanks for the reply, but is there any TAT/Turnaround Time for it? .i.e. when it it will be fixed?
If its happening with lot of users and its going to take lot of time, i suggest that admin should disable till the tech guys fix it.

It is not possible – @Admin does not possess any complete control to the validation system. It cannot be disabled. IFastnet, the parent company of Infinityfree, imposes the security measures. No one other than IFastnet can disable this feature.

Thanks @JavesPotato for the reply. But when can i expect it to be fixed?

Im asking this as on mobile devices the problem is more severe specially inner page example https://www.signature-smiles.in/treatments.html , here as the JavaScript is not loaded properly , the complete page is invisible, it only shows loader.

So my visitors wont be able to see anything here and i might loose them.

Can @Admin or someone from staff please suggest / give some solution or give from turn around time for resolution? I know this is free hosting & i appreciate you guys for that but my website is completely broken , its a basic html small business site & i don’t want to loose new customers. So if have any basic idea when it will be fixed i can plan further.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

By the way your website seems to be working now.

No. iFastNet does not own/control InfinityFree, and IF does not own/control iFN. The two companies are seperate.

There is no expected resolution time as (from my understanding) the exact cause is not exactly known. iFastNet is in change of the validation system and is reportedly working on fixing it. Nobody with IF has control over this, nor can help you remove/bypass it,

iFastNet owns MOFH, which InfinityFree relies on. So, yes, while iFN does not own IF, they can control the hosting of IF.

Not for me, the issue of a broken website still occurs for me. I have tried another browser session and another computer.

I am not a staff but I know a possible solution. For the mean time, you can try moving the affected files on a CDN network. I think there are some providers which offer free CDN services. You can link the URL of each asset from your CDN to your website.

Okay… Thanks @Greenreader9 @Jri-Creator for the reply & help.

Yes the website shows sometime and when that file is in browser cache it loads till then, but if you clear cache for loads from different session / browser / ip… again its broken and it will be broken even if we refresh it. On mobile its always broken.

Hope iFastNet fixes it soon / gives some solution.

@JavesPotato Thanks for the help and yes i will see if i can move those files to cdn , that’s really sounds good idea. Will see how many updates on each pages would be required as its html not php.

Thanks once again for the Idea, i will try it on homepage first in the morning if the issue is not fixed , right now its night here.

If you know any free CDN provider let me know. Thanks

I heard that Cloudflare offers free CDN

It also looks like GCore offers free CDN too.

I have been facing this exact issue lately with images and fonts on my website being replaced by aes.js, this has been driving me crazy

I hope things are fixed soon
