My website http://cerv-mm-test.epizy.com/ is working well but I have a big problem. I need to backup the DB but I can’t reach phpMyAdmin, appears this error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. This start to happend when I change the password to my account epiz_24070111. My ftp sofwtare works well with the new password and I don’t know what to do. I already clean the cache and cookies from my browser, I tried to acces in the incognite mode but nothing works. Please help me because I need to backup the DB.
phpMyAdmin seems to be working fine for your database on my end. Please try to open the control panel and phpMyAdmin in private browsing mode to make sure there are no annoying caches or cookies preventing you from logging in.
Hi, I had to drop the database an create a new with a new name because the old name doesn’t work even when I drop the database. I’m very sad because I lost many data but is part of the learning experience.
