Problem with ftp upload

Hello,
Since January 8 I cannot upload files to the ftp server ftpupload.net (Username: epiz_26783965). I always get the error message “421 Home directory not available - aborting”. Hosting volume is vol2_7. Please can you help?

I checked the account, and it seems like the home directory itself is fine, but it’s not accessible through FTP for some reason. The account is not new and the website works, which means your files are still there. I’ll check with iFastNet what can be done to make your files accessible to you.
