I can’t access the Softaculous Apps Installer page.

Earlier, I attempted to install MediaWiki. The installation process reached 50% before the site lost its connection.
Have you tried to access the Softaculous App installer now?
Also, did you log in to the Control Panel prior to accessing Softaculous?

I managed to access the Softaculous Apps Installer page and start the installation, but the connection dropped at 18%. Anyway, the engine seems installed and running as it should.
