Okay, just spoke to the people running the ngo catangelrefuge and they say it is not in refund period, but they will be more than happy to not renew and to cancel instead. Who would you recommend as the best cheapest place to register the domain name with.
Namesilo (recommended by Infinityfree) or Hostinger.
