Problem of installing Comodo SSL certificate and Mx record

Hello gentlemen,
I write to you because I have a problem installing my SSL Comodo certificate purchased from my domain name provider. When I copy the text of the ssl certificate in the part intended for and I press download the certificate, I have no reaction as if the upload button didn’t work. And when I try to set up the MX record, I have an error message telling me that my domain name’s MX record does not point to mx.epizy.com, while my domain name points on mx.epizy.com for more than a week, as I already had set up my domain name on ns1.epizy.com, ns2.epizy.com, and mx.epizy.com, with my domain name provider. How can I solve these problems please?

Could you please post the SSL certificate here so I can check? Don’t worry, SSL certificates are not sensitive data, there is no security risk for your website in posting it (only the Private Key should be kept, well, private).

The warning message is always shown, even if your MX records are configured correctly. If you want to be sure your MX records are OK, you could verify them yourself using the instructions from this article: https://infinityfree.net/support/how-to-set-your-mx-record/

Hello
Thank you for your Answers. Here is the SSL certificate you asked for.

The SSL certificate looks fine. However, I checked your account and see there isn’t a private key yet.

If you have previously used this SSL certificate on another hosting provider, please retrieve the private key from their system and upload it to your account here (through the SSL/TLS menu).

If you don’t have the private key anymore, you can generate a new private key and CSR through the SSL/TLS menu, and use the CSR to reissue the SSL certificate through your SSL vendor.

To use SSL, you always need a matching Private Key and Certificate. And with our panel, you must upload or generate a private key first before you can upload a (matching) SSL certificate.
