When I try to access the " Softaculous App Installer " in the control panel of my hosting account to remove an unwanted wordpress installation, an error message like this appears. Because of this I am not able to perform the above functions.
I kindly ask you to tell me how to avoid this error.

Inodes means number of files on the account. You have hit the limit of ~30,000 inodes. You have to delete some files. Note that it will take up to 24 HRS for the changes to show up and then softaculous is at you use!
Since softaculous is blocked when you are over the limit, you will have to use FTP to remove software. Try download FileZilla.
I agree with above. I would see if I could use an ftp client or web file manager to identify the folder(s) with all the files in. Once I had done that Iād see if I could identify what that folder was used for or the files in it created by for instance do you have an addin to a CMS or other software that for some reason is creating lots of files as 30000 seems a lot.
