Asking the same question over and over again will not get you a different answer. I think you might be better off with a free database hosting service. You can find one list of them, here. You will not be able to use these (or any other database services for that matter) with InfinityFree, but ones that you can use with your CS2 server do exist.
For that matter I don’t know any reasons why you couldn’t use filess.io for that (I’ve never used it though, so I may be wrong) you just wouldn’t be able to connect that database with your site on InfinityFree.

For security reasons, we only allow outbound connections on a small number of specific ports that we know are associated with ā€œsafeā€ connections, like port 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), 587 (SMTP) and indeed 3306 (MySQL).

Access to other ports is blocked on our hosting, and it’s not possible to allow access to other ports on request.

I don’t have a full list of the exact ports that are allowed, but I can pretty much guarantee you that ā€œrandomly chosen port from the database hosting serviceā€ is not on that list.

And, like others have told you: our databases do run on the standard port, but cannot be accessed from outside of our hosting.

I think that this means that you have the following two options:

  • Find a MySQL database hosting service that does allow remote connections AND exposes their database on port 3306.
  • Find another solution to your problem that doesn’t require your website and your game server to be able to connect to the same database.

Can you provide some database websites that allow 3306 ports and also connect external applications?

I can’t be certain, because honestly, I just use the Infinity Free databses for my website. But a quick (like less than 2 minute) google serach suggests the following use port 3306 for remote connections

If none of these fit your needs, then I’m afraid you’ll need to do your own research to find a service that will meet you needs. End of the day, we don’t know every available service, nor the specifics of your needs.

but these doesn’t connect to external application like softwares or games. Are they?

and your provide link of aiven database it uses 22706 ports, so infinityfree doesn’t allow connections

Honestly I don’t know. As I said before I’ve never used any of them before. This is something you’ll have to research for yourself.

I litterally did a quick google saerch, and these 3 all list port 3306 on google.

if i want to connect my database with infinityfree, will i need premium plan?

Premium hosting is offered by iFastNet, and has a lot less restrictions to free hosting.

I’m not sure who has a premium plan here to ask, but I’m sure someone whith more knowladge will be along at some point soon

We had a question similar to yours from someone who wanted to use Aiven, so Aiven is indeed not an option. I’m not familiar with the other two database hosting services.

I don’t know if premium hosting has a similar restriction on outbound ports. I have used premium hosting from other providers in the past with similar restrictions. You’d have to ask iFastNet to know for sure.

Premium hosting on the other hand does support connecting remote applications to their databases, so you can connect your game server to your premium hosting database. So that might be an option to consider.
