Since the free one has three accounts, how many accounts can you have when you upgrade to the premium one (Paid one)? And how is the procedure to upgrading to the premium?
You pay per account when you upgrade. Just like on free hosting, you can connect and host multiple domain names on one account.

The procedure is to first purchase a premium hosting hosting account, such as from InfinityFree’s partner, iFastNet. Then you simply move your website from your hosting account on InfinityFree, to your new premium account. If you’re moving to iFastNet, you can have this done for you by sending a support ticket.
