Please unlink my domain finvare.com from old account

Hi Admins,

I’m trying to use my custom domain finvare.com on InfinityFree, but I get an error that it is already in use on ezyro.com (ProFreeHost).

I no longer have access to the old account or the control panel. Please unlink this domain from the old account so I can reuse it on my new account.

Domain: finvare.com
Username (new account): if0_38823399

Welcome to the community.
You get this error because your domain is in a ProFreeHost account. Since they use the same infrastructure as InfinityFree, you will need to remove the domain from there and then add it here. Admin have no control over your PFH account, so it’s better to contact PFH directly → https://profreehost.com/forum/
