Hi InfinityFree team,
I own the domain nataqua.com. It is currently attached to an old, inactive
account and I need to move it to my active account (username: IF0_39072614).
Could you please detach nataqua.com from the previous account so I can add
it as an Addon Domain in my new account?

I own the domain nataqua.com. It is attached to an old InfinityFree account set up by a former co-founder. I no longer have access to the e-mail address tied to that account, so I’m unable to remove the domain myself.

You can do so yourself if you still have the email and password (maybe in google?). Simply remove the domain and deactivate the account.
The thing is that http://nataqua.com is not an inactive account. The account is still alive and is still getting some traffic, so it counts as active.
To confirm you own the domain name, could you please change the nameservers from ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org? They are the same nameservers, but by doing so, you are proving that you have control over the domain name.

Thanks so much for the quick response. I’ve updated the nameservers for nataqua.com to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org as requested to confirm domain ownership.
I really appreciate your help with unassigning it so I can connect it to my current account (IF0_39072614). Let me know if anything else is needed on my end.

I have removed the domain from the old hosting account. So you can now link the domain to your new hosting account.
