Other Information

Hello,

I need help removing my custom domain from an old suspended account.

Domain: supercellstore.online

Old account: if0_40235997

The account is suspended, so I cannot access Manage or Close Account, and I cannot delete the domain myself.

Please remove this domain from that account so I can add it to my new account.

Thank you.

Was the old account granted a permanent suspension? or was it suspended for inactivity?

If its suspended due to inactivity, then you can either reactivate it (if you can log in) or it’ll be deleted by itself within 60 days. (admin may be able to help with this)

If it was suspended for abuse, then creating a new account to get around the suspension is not supported.

Finally, if its only a temp suspension, for reaching the hits limit or similar, it will be unsuspended in 24 hours, and you can remove the domain then if you want to.

It is a temporary suspension for hitting the daily hits limit.

The account will be unsuspended automatically in 24 hours.

After the account reactivates, can I delete the domain myself?

Thank you.

Yes you can.

You can remove your domain name when the account is reactivated. However, please note the following:

  • Nothing is stopping you from hosting the domain name anywhere else right now. Simply sign up with that hosting provider, and change your domain’s nameservers to point to their servers. No hosting provider can hold your domain hostage.
  • The only exception is if you want to add the domain to another account or brand on the same platform. But please note that those accounts come with exactly the same limits as our hosting. So if your website is getting to much traffic for this account, then moving it to another account won’t help.
