Please remove domain, which I now own, from prior owner's account so I can bind it to mine

I just acquired this domain and am attempting to set it up in my hosting account here. Apparently, however, it is bound to an existing Infinity Free account that isn’t mine. As I now own this domain, it should be removed from the prior account so I can make use of it. I have already changed the DNS setting at my registrar to use your name servers.

I initially tried contacting iFastNet support about this, but, as I am not a paying client, they would not accept a support ticket for this domain.

I just checked it, and this domain appears to be assigned to your hosting account already. Does that mean the problem is resolved? Or do you see any other issues?
