I deleted my old InfinityFree account that had the custom domain abbasiduniya.online attached. Now I cannot add this domain to my current account because it is still linked to the deleted account.
Please release abbasiduniya.online from the deleted account.

An account that’s deleted is fully deleted from our system, meaning it cannot possibly have domain names linked to it.

I looked up the domain name abbasiduniya.online, but it doesn’t seem to exist on the platform.

Can you please share where exactly you’re trying to add the domain (client area? control panel? which section?) and what is the exact message you see when you try to add the domain?

It doesn’t look like it’s attached to an account. It looks like the domain isn’t properly set up

Looking at your domain information is suggest taking to godaddy as it seems there might be a problem on their end
