I get a 403 Forbidden nginx error on the web page I log in to, but there is no problem when I log in from another device. How do I solve this?

Hello, I was using a localhost server. I stopped it. And restarted my device. It may have resolved itself but this was the last thing I did.
The site is working fine on my end.
