Hello, can anyone help me with the problem with the my site at https://poskamling.web.id, which has been inaccessible since February 27, 2026. The error message is “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”?

I’ve contacted my domain provider and received a response that there are no issues. My nameserver settings are correct, as per the instructions. But I still can’t access it.

First thing to try is seeing if you can access your site via a VPN? If that’s the case it would suggest either something on your network is blocking access, or your IP has been blocked due to suspicious activity.

That said, looking here https://dnschecker.org/#A/poskamling.web.id there may be a problem with DNS propagation for your domain.

A couple of others seem to have had problems with web.id domains. So I wonder if there’s been bigger problems

I tried accessing it through a Hong Kong VPN, and it returned “ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.”

It seems correct. I tried accessing https://dnschecker.org/#A/poskamling.web.id, but it failed. Then I tried checking a domain other than .web.id, and it was successful.

Thanks for the information. I’ll try again to discuss it with the domain provider.

There was an issue with web.id domains on our end resulting in any domain using that extension not working. It has been fixed yesterday and your website should be working now!
