For future information: if creating one topic doesn’t help, usually creating a second topic half an hour later doesn’t really make any difference.
If you would like to make a difference, try reading the instructions in the announcement post, the email you received after your account was suspended, the text underneath the “Abuse Detected” box in the client area and knowledge base article on the subject.
