Pimcore Installation blocked to 95%, than 500 error when I try to open softaculous

I opened Softaculous and I launched the installation of Pimcore. I waited in page the 100% installation achievement as required, but the installation stopped the progression at 95%. After this event, every time I try to open Softaculous I receive the 500 error message.
