### Error Message

Hello InfinityFree Support,

I created a MySQL database for my website, but whenever I click the phpMyAdmin button in my hosting control panel, I get this error:

`#1146 - Table 'if0_43189517_tmtparcelservice.pma__column_info' doesn't exist`

I cannot access phpMyAdmin to import my website’s SQL database.

Could you please help me fix this issue?

Thank you.

### Other Information

My website is [https://tmtparcelservice.infinityfree.io](https://tmtparcelservice.infinityfree.io).

When I click the phpMyAdmin button in my InfinityFree hosting control panel, I get this error:

#1146 - Table ‘if0\_43189517\_tmtparcelservice.pma\_\_column\_info’ doesn’t exist

I am trying to import my local TMT Parcel Service website database from XAMPP, but I cannot access phpMyAdmin because of this error.

My online database name is if0\_43189517\_tmtparcelservice, and the MySQL hostname shown in my control panel is [sql208.infinityfree.com](http://sql208.infinityfree.com).

Please help me resolve this phpMyAdmin issue so I can import my website database.

Thank you.

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

- Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
- Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
- AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
- Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

_Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._

Can you tell me whether the error replaces the whole phpMyAdmin page, or whether phpMyAdmin loads and the error shows up as a message on it? If it loads, do you see your database `if0_43189517_tmtparcelservice` listed on the left? A screenshot would help. It would also help to know whether the same error appears in a private browser window.

I couldn’t find a documented fix for this. Several people have posted the same `pma__column_info` error, but I didn’t find an answer in those topics that explains what causes it:

> [@How do I reset phpmyadmin](https://forum.infinityfree.com/t/how-do-i-reset-phpmyadmin/117124):
>
> Database is gone from phpmyadmin. When I click the phpmyadmin button. I get this error and there is not database and not tables. MySQL said: Documentation #1146 - Table ‘XXXXX.pma\_\_column\_info’ doesn’t exist see the top Server: [sql110.infinityfree.com](http://sql110.infinityfree.com). no database and it will not create a new one when I try to add one. below is the index.php so I can see what it missing. Will not let me create or import.

The one solved topic with this error was about a database name in the poster’s own code, and that doesn’t apply to you. You’re only opening phpMyAdmin from the control panel. So I can’t say yet whether yours is the same thing. Your answers should show whether it can be sorted out here or whether a person needs to look at it.

Hello,

The error replaces the phpMyAdmin page when I click the phpMyAdmin button in my InfinityFree control panel.

The page displays:

`#1146 - Table 'if0_43189517_tmtparcelservice.pma__column_info' doesn't exist`

The database is listed in my InfinityFree MySQL Databases page, but phpMyAdmin shows this error. I have not deleted any of the internal phpMyAdmin tables manually.

I will also try opening phpMyAdmin in a private/incognito browser window to check whether the error persists.

Could a human support team member please investigate this issue?

Thank you.

You are definitely not doing it.

My guess is

`Table 'if0_43189517_tmtparcelservice'` exist

`Table 'if0_43189517_tmtparcelservice.pma__column_info'` don’t

The error message sounds to me like an error in phpMyAdmin, not something wrong with your database.

I just checked it, and phpMyAdmin seems to be working fine for your database. I was able to login, see the tables and see their contents.

Are you still having this issue? And if so, do you see this error immediately after logging in, or are you doing anything after logging in that triggers this error?
