I need to set up a Social Networking Site for my New Startup and that too for Free
Is there Something Else I can Do, Or else could create one with help of Wordpress?
Kindly read TOS, according to TOS social network sites are not allowed to be hosted on free hosting, because they are resource intensive.

Do as I say, not as I do? We have no terms against social networking sites. You can host a social network site here if you want.
But that doesn’t mean that we guarantee that every social networking script can run here. And we don’t provide the pcntl extension, because it can be used to overload the servers.

I might have mixed up TOS with other host TOS.
I’ll double-check next time.
