PHP login - CORB Error/HTTP500: SERVER ERROR

I just recently discover that if you make a new php website login that redirect to another page.
For example:

if you login to:
example.com/login.php
that if you successfully log in you thought that you will directed to – example.com/admin.php
but you will be directed to example.com/login.php - a blank white website.

in will cause an error

Google Chrome:

Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response https://infinityfree.net/errors/404/ with MIME type text/html. See Chrome Platform Status for more details.

In IE Edge:

HTTP500: SERVER ERROR - The server encountered an
unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
POST - https://example.com/login.php

When one of my website I freshly uploaded it and have a php login page has this problem but days later it disappears.

Do you what is this? How do you solve it?
Because every time I upload a new website with a php log in page have this kind of problem.

Not my whole website only after when logging in on the php login page.
For example:

When logging in to (even with wrong username and password) thewebsite.com/login.php it will redirect a blank website and have that error.

In Google Chrome:

A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://infinityfree.net/ was set without the SameSite attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with SameSite=None and Secure. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at Chrome Platform Status and Chrome Platform Status.

That’s it, your connect.php file is missing and because of that, you cannot connect to DB.
