PHP Connection string C#

I cannot connect my PHP string into my C# program , its saying the conntect isnt valid.

    private string connectionString = "server=sql305.infinityfree.com;user=if0_36000039;database=if0_36000039_eulenloader;password=PASSWORDHERE";
