Hello,
My domain happiness-star-motel.gt.tc is returning a 403 Forbidden error on the entire website.
What I have already tried:
- Renamed .htaccess to .htaccess_backup
- Renamed the /plugins folder to /plugins_backup (disabled all plugins)
- Checked file permissions (folders 755, files 644)
- Verified my account is Active in the Client Area
The error persists. This strongly suggests a server-side WAF/ModSecurity block.
Could a staff member or moderator please check the WAF/ModSecurity logs for my account/domain to see which specific security rule is blocking access?
Thank you.
This doesn’t sound like a server side block.
So you have an index.php or index.html? Or do you have a live chat script? Both of those problems can cause a 403 redirect

If you check the Health Check section for your domain in the client area, you’ll see the reason is actually right there:
The second warning is the reason you’re seeing this message. If there is no index file for your website, you may see a 403 error.
Did you already attempt to set up a website? If so, please make sure it’s installed DIRECTLY in the htdocs folder, not in a subfolder.
