Paying for account because you sent me to ifastnet?

The only reason you would have been redirected to IFastNet is if you followed links to premium hosting. If your site was getting too much traffic, or was suspended, you may have been told that the only way to increase limits was to go get premium hosting.

Unfortunately, we can’t change the terms and conditions at IFastNet. But you can still use your InfinityFree account for free. Just remember that if a domain is already registered to your IFastNet account it’ll need removing before you can add it to your InfinityFree account.

thanks for explaning how this works indeed i dit use premium but did’ not understand that i also had to pay for the first domain.

This is not premium hosting support. Any further questions should go to iFastNet directly instead of this forum.

For your “issue”, no, domains like the one you picked is NOT free in the first place. It’s not possible at all to provide those for free.

The exact reason for this can be long and boring so I’m not telling these as of now unless you are interested about it.

All Premium Hosting and Business Hosting plans include a free domain name, except the Starter Premium plan. However, the free domain is only added when you select it while placing the order for the account. Any domains purchased separately must be paid separately.

If your plan comes with a free domain but you haven’t gotten one yet, please contact iFastNet’s support at https://support.ifastnet.com to see if you can still get your domain name.
