i am trying to reset my infinityfree account password ,on reset page it says “We have emailed your password reset link!” but sends no reset mail to my email. any issue going on or am i the only one facing this?

There is no email for free hosting.
If you are trying to reset client area password, you should do it here
For changing hosting account password, it should be done here

i have mentioned very clearly i am trying to reset my infinityfree account password, the thing is you have not read it properly and replied.

Are you trying to login to the account which is linked to your forum account?

I too am seeing this issue, I don’t think it is producing any email notifications from page.
Just to confirm, what page are you talking about @Jbphoto90?

I have checked our logs, but I don’t see any recent email messages having been sent for the email address linked to your profile.
Did you request a password reset for this profile? Or for another email address? Because if so, I will need to know the email address to check the logs to see what happened to your message.
If you don’t want to share it here, you can also send an email to [email protected] using the email address you would like to request the password reset for. I can check it and respond privately.
