Password is ok but I can´t loggin even reset a new one (FTP and CPANEL)

You are using the password found under “FTP” in the client panel, right?

To login to the control panel, just click the login button in the client area, it should login automatically


Thank you, but I did it. Tried to login inside the client area, but the same error is shown, tried to empty cache and change browser, same error.

In the client area, click the “edit account” button and set a new password. This will reset the control panel login, but WILL NOT change your main password.

did it, same error.


And FTP is showing 530 error
