Other Information

I am trying to create a new subdomain for my website. I want both www.happiestcities.com and w2.happiestcities.com to point to InfinityFree. I have added happiestcities.com as a custom domain, and I can add w2.happiestcities.com as a new subdomain. But they point to different htdocs locations. I want both www and w2 subdomains to share the same files on the server side.

I was checking the parked domains functionality. When adding a new custom domain, I can select the location of the htdocs folder as an alias of the main domain. But this section does not allow me to select a subdomain.

On the section for adding a new subdomain, the option to choose the location of htdocs is not available.

Is there a way to create a new subdomain which uses the same htdocs folder as the main domain?

No, but that’s also not really something you want to do (it’s duplicate content from an SEO perspective for example). Why do you want a subdomain to show the same content as the main site?
