Is it allowed to install xenforo and ipb in infinityfree?
Only if you pay for it and have the legal rights to run it.
However I would highly recommend you find a paid host, especially if you can afford paid software as you will have a much better experience.

Fair point! Yeah, licensing and permissions are a must. Can’t just run something without clearing the rights first.
