osTicket Error 500

Hi,
on osticket2019.epizy.com/support_09 there is the frontend panel and it works but the admin panel give me Error 500 (http://osticket2019.epizy.com/support_09/scp/)
PHP is set to Display Errors but nothing appear.
could you help me to solve this issue?
