I tried Installing my opencart account but it’s not working, this is the error message i saw
“Unable to install Open Cart (for a week now) due to GD extension setting OFF. Open Cart version 4.0.2.3. Hosting php version 8.0. Hosting company (Turbify) indicates that GD is supported https://help.turbify.com/s/article/whic … fy-support
but don’t see GD module in PHP extensions list and not in system installed extensions/modules. Have been trying to get support from Turbify with no luck.”

Please help

Do that. If that is your hosting provider, creating thread will not help you here

How D fuck is that suppose to help me?
Please, tell me what to do, why is it still showing error message, if my GD library is on? I’m lost

If you’re trying to install it with Softaculus (which is probably the easiest way), take a look at this:

Did you just copy-paste this post from the opencart forum? For future reference, please link to it instead. That way we have the context that you’re not the one who wrote it.

Why is what showing which error message? Please provide more information about the issue you’re having.

And I stress, that’s the issue you are having. Not a similar issue that someone else has and you just copy/paste here out of convenience. Because if you can’t be bothered to put some effort into fixing this, why should we?

Excuse you! What do you mean by that? You’re right I copy and paste it, but it’s the same error I saw while trying to install opencart. I typed my domain and added /opencart install, but instead of installing, it shows an error, saying that GD extension setting is Off, they can’t see my GD module in php extension list and it’s not in system installed extension/module. That’s the reason I chatted you, I don’t know how to turn it on, I tried looking for it on my Infinityfree cpanel, but I can’t find GD library and I don’t know what to do. I came here for help not insults please. I need to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks for your time :sparkles:

The GD extension is enabled. Please share the exact error message your website is showing.

I just tried to check your website, but there doesn’t appear to be an OpenCart installation anymore. Did you remove it?

You have made a typo. It should be Softaculous.

Well, the article here says you must put htdocs before the path.
