Only 7 images are loaded per page. Every refresh loads 7 new images.

My website worked fine for months.
This behavior started after the new website limits were activated.
I have about 25 portfolio images on 1 page, so I need to reload 4 times for every page.
Could it be that the server doesn’t cache anymore?
Is there a limit on the number of images on 1 page?
Just by loading a few pages in this test, I got again SUSPENDED, the third time in a week!
