What can I do?
The Online File Manager connects to the server via FTP, and if the FTP server is offline, even the File Manager will be offline. So you will have to wait until the FTP server will stabilize itself.

But when I try to install a plugin it shows me this ( Installation failed: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.), its because FTP is down ?
