# Not connecting by Api, Any solution plz?

### Safeer

any Api is not connecting with website built by infinity provided hositng.

### Error Message

problem is that i built the wordpress website with scriptinstall tool by free hosting and now i want to connect my shop with dropshipping plateforms like printful or cj dropshipping etc.Whenever i try to connect by giving my site url first it detect api of wocommerce wordpress plugin but its not proceeding to connect with. i found an issue with different ways:

after i say thanks to infinity free which is providing hosting free.

### Other Information

i tested with another hosting which i got from another hosting provider, my shop was connecting with dropshipping plateforms.

From what I can tell, you are wishing that an external source will access your website, yes?
