Did you extract the theme before uploading?

My premium theme is a 1.90 mb zip file, and based on another popular one. It is full of bells and whistles. I don’t know why yours should be so exorbitantly huge. Something feels wrong

Nothing is wrong with our servers. You can do this:

  • Extract your premium theme.
  • Connect to the FTP server using FileZilla.
  • Go to htdocs/wp-content folder.
  • Upload your extracted theme file :slight_smile:
