Where exactly are you uploaded the image that you get this error? I don’t immediately recognize the error message as any of the many possible tools you could be using to upload images to a website.

Someone would have any idea? I tried with Ubuntu, Window, Firefox, Chrome and Edge, several files never larger than 200 KB. The result always the same, I exceed 10 Mb. I am no longer able to add photos to my site. Thank you for your help.
Any issue if you just upload one file?

What is that screenshot of? The general styling reminds me of Site.pro. Are you experiencing this issue while trying to upload your image to the Site.pro editor? Because that’s a very important part of information to include.
Because in addition to the limits of our hosting, Site.pro is one tool you can use to build your website, but it comes with it’s own limit.
And one of the limits is quite clearly stated by the error message: “You exceeded website size limit (10 MB)”.
The message very clearly says website size limit. Not upload size limit, not file size limit, not image size limit, but website size limit.
Apparently (I must admit I wasn’t aware of this), Site.pro has a size limit for the entire website. Not just individual files, but all files combined.
This means that these are your options:
- Check your image library, remove unused images, check the uploaded images, and resize and/or compress all of them to reduce their total size, so you can upload the images you need within the 10 MB storage limit.
- Use a different system to build your website. Our Site.pro builder is a very limited trial plan.
- Get a paid hosting plan from Site.pro directly, to get access to all builder features and remove the size limits.
