If you’ve raised a ticket, you’ll need to wait for IFastNet to reply. If they don’t agree to reactivate your account then they MAY offer a backup. but this is not guaranteed. This is one of the many reasons why you should keep your own backups.
Once you’ve raised a ticket, you have to wait, adding new comments, or raising new tickets can and will slow down the process. In extreme cases (such as illegal content on your site) they may not reply at all.
What was the content of your site? Maybe we can help you understand why its been suspended?
If they are going to reply, They will reply to the ticket. The more tickets you raise, or the more times you reply to the ticket the longer it will take.
I don’t know. End of the day, this is a community support forum. we are not infinity free staff. If you can explain what was on your site (not the TOC page), then we might be able to see the most likely scenario
A quick google search of your domain suggests that you were hosting hacking tools and a virus maker on your site (and thats just the ones I noticed on your video):
This is not only against the T&C’s of Infinity free and IFastNet, but also illegal in a lot of the world. This would be enough to have your site suspended. And because of the severity of the breach, support would likely not respond to tickets, as they wouldn’t be willing to provide a backup with potentially illegal content in it.
Not to be a pain, but if its that important, you should keep your own backups. NEVER trust an external service with your only copy of important files. For that matter, dont trust anything (even your own hard disk) with the only copy of important files.
even simulating or faking illegal tools is against the infinity free terms and conditions. It comes under the category of “promoting illegal activity”
Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s likely that you’ll get your site back, or a backup, because of the nature of the suspension.
It’s as simple as this: hosting illegal content on your site breaks the ToS of InfinityFree, and to avoid hosting the illegal content any longer, InfinityFree suspends your site. Why would we unsuspend an illegal site? That’s basically promoting illegal activities, and we really don’t do that! You should have read the terms of service before signing up for our services.

I’m sorry, but if iFastNet won’t reactivate your account or give you backups, then they won’t reactivate your account or give you backups.
Your site hosted a collection of various hacking and malware tools. That’s a clear violation of our terms of service and grounds for termination of your service.
You say you promise to “remove all illegal content”. But from what I remember of your site, that doesn’t leave a lot of actual content on your site to begin with.
So I don’t think we want to host this site ever again. So I see no reason why it should be reactivated.
