I had no intention to break terms and conditions of infinityfree and I was just trying to create a website like that, i know i made a mistake. I got suspended. Now I just want to retrieve my website because it was hard work and i dont have any backup. I only want an backup to retrieve my data, but in my support ticket no one is awnsering. There are 3 sites but i only want the site woodgames.wuaze.com or an backup of it.

We can’t help you here on the forum. If a backup is not provided via the support ticket, try bumping it. If you still don’t receive a backup, it may be because you violated the terms and are inelegible for a backup, or the account was permanently deleted.
My Account isn’t delete, only disabled. In My Support Ticket ohne time someone awnsered and said that i dit something against the terms of service but i habe 3 Websites and only one of the is against the terms of service. I just want a Backup of the Websites hat arent against It. Then nö one awnsered.
If you violate the terms, you may be ineligible for backups from all your accounts. If they suspended all your accounts and are not reversing on that decision, then you are probably not going to get a backup at all. In any case, it’s your responsibility to have your own backups, not IFs responsibility to give them to you once you break the rules.
