To be honest I don’t understand what that means. Thank you.
I have just created a subdomain: http://subdomain.drawpaintsculpt.infy.uk/
but I don’t know what to do next.
Thanks again.
The IP address your domain name is pointing to is a premium hosting IP address. Did you upgrade the account to premium hosting? Then please contact iFastNet, our premium hosting partner, for help.
Additionally, I think this message is from Site.Pro. Premium hosting doesn’t support Site.Pro, so any Site.Pro websites will not work after migration. If you want to upgrade from free hosting and use Site.Pro, please consider getting a premium hosting plan from Site.Pro instead.
Yes I did upgrade from a free site to a premium one.
I assumed Site.Pro would work with Premium hosting.
Very confused.
Site.pro has a partnership with InfinityFree, but not iFastNet. So it only works on InfinityFree, or if you upgrade to one of Site.pro’s paid plans. However, it should also be noted that the free subdomains cannot be used with Site.pro’s paid plans, only InfinityFree themselves, or iFastNet if you migrate to them.
This is so confusing. I got the impression that if I want to upgrade my Infinityfree free website I have to use iFastNet, so I did. But now I can’t have an active website because I need to… what? How do I transfer from Infinityfree to ifastnet. I don’t care about subdomains, but thank you. Hope you can help me resolve this issue.
And will I be able to continue to use the site builder or do you have your own?
Thanks again.
No, unfortunately you can only use the site builder if you keep your site on InfinityFree, or upgrade to Site.pro’s paid service.
It looks like you’ve already migrated your site to iFastNet, which is the problem. You’ll either have to move it back to free hosting, or find another way to build your site, such as with RocketCake.
Hello again, my webiste seems to be active now. Thank you!
But site builder no longer works so I need to figure out how to fix that.
I do not understand why infinityfree make you sign up with ifastnet if they could host the site. Very confusing.
Can you tell me how to move everything back to infinityfree so I can cancel my subscription with ifastnet and then maybe I can upgrade with infinityfree and use their website builder as I have been?
This really is very confusing.
iFastNet is InfinityFree’s hosting partner. The free hosting servers are run by them, and they typically can host any site you’re already hosting on InfinityFree. However, the site.pro builder isn’t capable of editing sites you have on iFastNet, because iFastNet does not have a partnership with them like InfinityFree does.
Thanks again. So do Infinityfree only host the free versions of sites?
I have now registered with site.pro and imported my site to their builder, so I think all is good now.
Thanks again for your help.
If you contact iFastNet’s support at https://support.ifastnet.com, you can ask them to move your site back to free hosting. From there you can use the site.pro builder again, or upgrade to site.pro’s premium plans.
InfinityFree does not have any paid plans to upgrade to. But iFastNet and site.pro both do.
Yes, that’s correct.
