new account control panel

I’m unable to connect to the control panel of my new subdomain account.
every time i click the control panel icon, the page “VP Login” gives me an error. is there anything i can do about it?

its simply that i’m not able to open the page, and it doesn’t matter if i use my laptop or my mobile or my pc, and it’s the same for all browsers.
edge and mozilla firefoz doesn’t work neither.
