Hello,
I want to add my domain shohagbazar.online to my new hosting account. However, it shows that the domain is already assigned to another account.
I have lost access (email and password) to that old account. I am the owner of this domain. I have already changed the Nameservers from my domain registrar to prove my ownership.
Please remove the domain from the old account so I can add it to the new one.

You will have to wait for the Admin to respond to your post, but there is a way to prove domain ownership.
Right now, your NameServers for shohagbazar.online are:
(As of: Jan 20 2026 10:37:21AM EST)
Update the nameservers to either use:
ns1.infinityfree.com
ns2.infinityfree.com
OR
ns1.byet.org
ns2.byet.org
(These are technically the same NameServers as the InfinityFree ones.)
Once that’s done, please let us know. The Admin will provide further information when they are online.

Like @Jri-Creator said, I can remove the domain name from the current account so you can link it to the new one.
To prove you own the domain name, can you change the nameservers to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com? Once you’ve done that, please respond here, so I can check it and (assuming it’s setup correctly) remove the domain from the old account.
