First of all, CONTRAGULATIONS, You’ve just EXPOSED your website certificate… Which you should never let anyone else know.

And who’s this Internet Browser you meant?
‘gives me a certificate that has nothing to do with the one I entered’? You mean the CSR?

First of all, CONTRAGULATIONS, You’ve just EXPOSED your website certificate… Which you should never let anyone else know.

Actually, you can download the certificate of any other site on the internet with ease. But knowing a certificate without knowing the corresponding private key file does not allow you to use it. So it’s the private key file which you should never expose.

Did you install a valid SSL certificate before? If so, you could try to install it again.

Okay, sorry for my misunderstanding on how SSL Certificate works hehe.
Thanks for the Info

Yes before my certificate ssl has been seen without problem and my site has been confessed by the browser. but since December 16, it does not work anymore (although my cerificat was authorized in February)

I have just created a new cerficat ssl encrypts on the sslforfree.com website. (which lasts March 26, 2018)

I updated them on the infinityfree panel and I still have the same error message and the same certificate (which is not mine that expires in 2021 …) that appears on my browser (Your connection is not private .NET :: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

I really do not understand where the problem comes from if someone could help me that would be really great

Thank you.

You can use cloudflare

I’m using cloudflare it’s working fine also works for subdomains you just need to setup DNS record manually

I had already tried with the cloudfire at the beginning (I had to activate in the panel, you have to do something else?). but I got an error message on my internet browser that told me that my site was redirecting too many times. So I had to disable the cloudfire.

I use prestashop for my site and I think cloudfire and prestashop are not compatible.
I think it’s incompatible, because if I have a simple html page (created by me) on my site, the https works very well with my cloudfire. but just on my page but not the pages of prestashop …

I finally solved my problem using cloudflare and selecting the full ssl mode.
With this mode, it becomes compatible with prestashop!

Thank you all
