I am writing to request assistance with a technical issue I am encountering. I have recently pointed my custom domain, outletstyle.com.br, to the name servers ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. However, I am noticing that InfinityFree has not yet recognized this change.
I am certain that I have entered the name server information correctly, and I have double-checked multiple times. Still, I keep facing the same issue. It has been more than 72 hours since the change, and the system has not yet updated.
I would appreciate it if someone from the technical team could check on the status of my domain and guide me on any further actions I may need to take to resolve this issue.

Really? Because it’s impossible to set .com.br domains to put nameservers due to restrictions on the registry. You can host these domains here unfortunately
