I’ve downloaded the QloApps from Softaculous. This error happened when entering the manage roomtypes page which is the essential function of this app. And all data was the initial from the first installation.

I saw it happened when the app tried to call an ajax in the background. Could anyone suggest how to resolve … such as increase the limit of max_user_connections (Is a free account can do it?) or change the db connect function of the QloApps ?.

How to fix max_user_connections problem

The “max_user_connections” limit it set to prevent a single account from creating a ton of connections to the database and overloading the server, causing problems for everyone else.
