ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I’m trying to access PhpMyAdmin, but it’s not allowing me to log in. An error message appears on the page, and I’ve been dealing with this problem for several days now.

Some people experience problems when trying to access phpMyAdmin from their control panel. This usually happens after the password of the hosting account was changed.
When this happens, you may see a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS, “The page isn’t redirecting properly” or “redirected you too many times” error.

Please change your hosting account password immediately. You have shared the link to login to your PhpMyAdmin.
