May be this is coz of timeout connection error!
As well as freehosting has some limitations.
So if u r willing then try to move premium hosting which help u to solve the issue at cheap price!

But infinityfree will solve the problem for free?

If its problem from their side na! Surly they will!
But if it beyond the limitations then it won’t!

But we will give you advice on what to do. No one can solve this beyond there limitations can they?

If you are experiencing an SQL error, please read the article below, and if it does not help, provide a username and domain name.
Thanks

But i have installed with Softaculous and some times the database connecion works

We know it’s a problem! Constantly saying “Solve it” “Please solve it” “can you solve it” “I need it fixed” is going to get you nowhere!

Why? Simple, it’s iFastNet’s issue, we cannot do anything about it! Saying “solve it, solve it” just annoys us, especially when the person saying it should be aware that it is not InfinityFree’s issue!

Please stop doing this. If we are aware of the issue, of course we will try to get it fixed. A reminder only slows us down.

Thanks

I’m not aware of any database issues. If they still happen, then can you please provide the following:

  • A publicly accessible URL where the database error can be reproduced.
  • A website URL, domain name or account username where the error occurs (providing the error page URL should suffice).
  • The full PHP error message of the database connection. Not just a generic “could not connect”, the real error message that actually says what’s happening.
  • A description of when this happened or happens. E.g. does it happen at certain times of the day, or does it go on and off every time you refresh the page?

While this may be a problem caused by iFastNet, they may be just as unaware of it as I am. And to know it exists and to fix it, they need specific, reproducible information.

Nobody can help you if “the database” is “going down” on “my site”. Everyone who can help needs specifics, not vague interpretations.
