Welcome! Can you please let me know what SQL server you are on? It can be found in the client area (sqlxxx.epizy.com)
Yep. There are some issues on that server. You can wait it out, or create a new hosting account (You should be assigned a different server).
Hey, just knowing it wasn’t me is a relief. Frankly, I barely know what I’m doing. While I do have Mysql installed, the app I installed it for came with a tut that not even I could mess up. I’ll wait it out, thanks…!!
Is there any procedure for this? Like after creating the other account, how I migrate? I’m a little confused even how creating another account. Thanks and sorry my ignorance.
All you have to do is backup your website, delete your domain name, then import the data and add your domain name to your new account.
